Clinical Intermediate Fellow & Honorary Consultant
Claire is an Intermediate Clinical Fellow in the AGE Research Group and an Honorary Consultant Geriatrician at Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust. She contributes to research in the Ageing, Sarcopenia and Multimorbidity (ASM) Research Theme within the NIHR Newcastle BRC and has a particular interest in clinical trials that target the biological hallmarks of ageing.
Claire is a core member of the Interventions and Prevention Workstream within the MLTC Cross-NIHR collaboration and is Ageing Speciality Lead for the NIHR Research Delivery Network in the North East and North Cumbria.
