Research Nurse (Lewy Body Dementia)
Claire Airey is a Research Nurse (Lewy Body Dementia).She qualified as a Mental Health Nurse 25 years ago and for the past 23 years she has specialised in Dementia Care. She has worked as a lecturer teaching Health and Social Care subjects including Dementia Care within various Acute NHS Trusts and thus improving patient care during admission.Her interest is in Research and Lewy Body Dementia which led her to apply for her current post. She continues to work clinically alongside her research role.
