Simon has over 15 years’ experience working in a variety of specialist IT and Information System roles within the NHS.  He has been part of the R&D team at CNTW since January 2020 and is responsible for the CRIS (Clinical Record Interactive Search) system.  He assists Researchers with setting up their CRIS projects and presenting their applications to our local Oversight Committee.  Simon also assists in designing their search methodology and produce the output using either the CRIS Web-App or via a SQL based search on the bespoke CRIS database.

As part of the AI-Multiply project, Simon has developed the CRIS based search query of CNTW patients which was subsequently analysed by CNTW clinicians, which in turn provided a final patient list to be submitted for the project.
