Research Associate: Computational Imaging Informatics
Burak Kucukgoz is a Research Associate at Newcastle University. He holds a Master’s degree in Systems, Control, and Signal Processing from the University of Southampton and a PhD in Medical Image Analysis using Deep Learning from Newcastle University. During his doctoral studies, he was awarded a scholarship to pursue further research training at A*STAR in Singapore as a Research Assistant. His research focuses on computer vision, deep learning, and medical image analysis, with a particular emphasis on developing advanced computational methods for biomedical image analysis and clinical data interpretation.
