Project Manager
My role is to provide project administrative and management support for the consortium. This involves managing deliverables and milestones, preparing project reports and presentations, financial reporting and forecasting, organising project meetings and enabling project communications. The project consists of two international clinical studies, the Mobilise-D Technical Validation Study and the Mobilise-D Clinical Validation Study. As the named Study Manager, my role includes the preparation of study and patient documentation, managing ethical and regulatory approvals, managing study committees and groups and oversight of data management and data monitoring.
