MRC Clinical Training Fellow Dermatology
Dr Amaani Hussain MBChB BMedSci(Hons) MRCP(UK) PGCert is a MRC Clinical Research Fellow and Honorary Dermatology Registrar based at the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle. Her PhD research explores the application of artificial intelligence to predict drug outcomes and personalise therapies for patients, under the supervision of Professor Nick Reynolds at Newcastle University.
She is an active member of the British Photodermatology Group national committee and the British Association of Dermatologist’s methotrexate guidelines development group. Through her research and clinical interests, she is committed to advancing the understanding and treatment of inflammatory skin disease.
