After an initial postponement due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are delighted to present new dates for the inaugural International Sarcopenia Translational Research Conference (ISTRC), to be held virtually.

Revised date: 10 – 11 June 2021

Sarcopenia is a growing area of clinical and research activity, and the need for more widespread diagnosis and the development of treatment options is pressing, and translational research is key to these aims. Great strides are being made in our scientific understanding of sarcopenia and muscle disease, and the challenge now is to translate these advances into better care and better treatments for older people.

This event will give delegates the opportunity to hear from leaders in this rapidly evolving field to shape the future research agenda, and we hope you can join us.

Registration is now open. For further information about the conference and how to book your place, please visit the conference website.
