Through an NIHR-funded project; DIAMOND-Lewy, researchers from Newcastle University and University of Cambridge have created Toolkits to help improve the diagnosis and disease management of dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) and Parkinson’s disease dementia (PDD).

These Toolkits were developed through multiple systematic reviews, as well as patient and public consultations. They are designed to be used by practitioners in order to facilitate the detection of DLB in patients and better management. The latter includes resources which provide an overview on the management of DLB and PDD, symptom management summaries, and a detailed recommendation guideline.
